There are many reasons I like this stretching method above all the other ones I tried.  It is a little weird and unconventional, but it works.  I got inches on my stretch the first time I tried it.  I really needed to do something so I started reading everything I could on flexibility.  When I came across this site I was a bit of an unbeliever, to say the least.  However, I decided to give it a try.  I have been doing it every other morning for over a year now.  I was made a believer.
